In 2014, Lucy shook up the recruitment and training landscape by founding C&C Search, setting out to redefine and elevate the experience for both clients and candidates alike. Her mission? To create a purpose led, all female business, injecting innovation into every aspect of the recruitment process. Fast forward to April 2020, and Lucy took her vision to further with the launch of the C&C Academy. This global training platform offers CPD certified qualifications, bespoke in-house training, and engaging keynote speeches. Notable clients including WarnerMedia, BlackRock, Sony, and Impax Asset Management have all experienced the transformative impact of Lucy's dynamic approach.

But Lucy's influence extends beyond the corporate realm. C&C Search became a B Corp certified organisation in 2023 and Lucy hasn’t stopped there.
